Honesty Marketing does not provide refunds. All sales are final. However, we offer exchange and replacement options as outlined below for defective products or products that do not match the description.

At Honesty Marketing, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished laptops. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction through our exchange and replacement policy.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is defective or not working as described
  • The product received does not match the description on our website
  • The product has significant cosmetic damage not disclosed in the product listing
  • The product is missing components or accessories

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and may request photos or additional information
  4. If approved, we will arrange for pickup of the product
  5. Once we receive and verify the product, we will ship a replacement

Exchange Conditions

  • Product must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging
  • Product must not have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • All original packaging and documentation must be included
  • Exchange is subject to product availability

Replacement Policy

Warranty Replacement

If your product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period (1 year), we will replace it free of charge. The warranty covers hardware defects but does not cover damage caused by:

  • Accidental damage or drops
  • Liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software issues (unless hardware-related)

Replacement Process

To request a warranty replacement, contact our support team with your order number and a detailed description of the defect. Our technical team will assess the issue and arrange for replacement if covered under warranty.

What We Don't Accept

We cannot accept exchanges or replacements for:

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • Products with missing accessories or packaging
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products that have been modified or tampered with

Shipping for Exchanges

For approved exchanges due to defects or incorrect products, we will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement shipping. For exchanges due to change of mind (if applicable), shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product and verify the issue, we will process your exchange or replacement within 3-5 business days. The replacement product will be shipped using our standard shipping methods.
